All employees and authorized users are reminded that every project, repository, file, and document stored in this GitLab instance is proprietary to IMZ Corporation.

📌 Mandatory Compliance Rules

• All project resources must remain within the organization ecosystem.
• Access must only be shared with authorized team members who are officially assigned to the project.
• Re-sharing, exporting, or distributing any code, assets, or documentation to unauthorized individuals — inside or outside the organization — is strictly prohibited.
• Do not clone, mirror, fork, or upload repositories to personal systems or external services unless explicitly approved by management.

🚫 Unauthorized Actions

Actions such as — but not limited to — the following violate IMZ Corporate Security Policy:

• Sharing project files with unapproved personnel
• Personal backups or off-organization storage of any IMZ intellectual property
• Use of code, data, or documentation for non-corporate purposes
• Uploading IMZ projects to GitHub, GitLab (external), Bitbucket, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

⚠️ Legal & Disciplinary Consequences

IMZ monitors all activity on this platform. Any unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access
• Internal disciplinary action
• Legal action under intellectual property protection laws
